A very different farm to table experience from our family Farm.

Join us for a kitchen Supper on Saturday Nights in 2025

This was traditionally held downstairs, where the cook prided herself on making the kitchen supper as delicious as the one upstairs for the family.

Saturday nights, join us for a surprise four course seasonal menu by our chef Ben Mcahren, using our own Sussex farm produce and those from our neighbouring farmers

Sample menu:- depending on supply from our local farmers- the menu changes weekly.

Smoked mackerel pate, selection of locally cured meats, roasted garlic hummus, pickles, chutneys and selection of home made breads

Roast leg of lamb, minted new potatoes, new seasons asparagus, petit pois à la française, red wine jus, bearnaise sauce

Rhubarb and pistachio trifle

Selection of local Sussex cheeses, Burwash Rose, Sussex brie, Golden cross goats cheese, Sussex charmer, pickles, chutneys, grapes, apples and biscuits
