Join us for our Farm Kitchen Lunch; dishes seasonally prepared by our chef Ben Mcahren

Thursday, Friday, Saturday 12:00 to 14:30

One course  £15     Two courses  £30     Three courses  £40     Four courses  £50 

Choose whichever courses you wish, they come as sharing platters for the table to enjoy, a very true Farm Kitchen dining experience!

Sample menu:- depending on supply from our local farmers- the menu changes weekly.

Smoked mackerel pate, selection of locally cured meats, roasted garlic hummus, pickles, chutneys and selection of home made breads

Roast leg of lamb, minted new potatoes, new seasons asparagus, petit pois à la française, red wine jus, bearnaise sauce

Rhubarb and pistachio trifle

Selection of local Sussex cheeses, Burwash Rose, Sussex brie, Golden cross goats cheese, Sussex charmer, pickles, chutneys, grapes, apples and biscuits
