‘London Particular’ The Victorian winter fog hazard (Pea Souper), the opposite of this warming soup. It was served at chop houses and street barrows in the 19th Century. On farms throughout the country, wherever pigs were bred and salted, this pea and ham soup appears on the table. Made with pigs from our neighbouring farmer Richard Bates 9.50
