Roast turkey stuffed with chestnut and sage, roast potatoes, pigs in blankets, maple glazed parsnips and carrots, braised red cabbage, brussel sprouts, bread sauce, cranberry sauce, red wine jus

Salmon en croute, mashed potato, buttered kale, dill and caviar fish cream

Cauliflower steak, braised puy lentils, roast beetroot and brussel sprouts (VG)

Christmas pudding, brandy butter or cream

Rich dark chocolate and salted caramel tart with satsuma ice cream

Treacle tart with cream or custard (VG)
